DMCA

1. Introduction

IPTV South Africa respects the intellectual property rights of all content owners.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to any valid copyright infringement notifications.

This DMCA Policy explains how copyright holders can report violations and how we handle such requests.

2. IPTV South Africa’s Position

We do not host, store, or distribute any media files on our servers.
We provide access technology, not the content itself.

All streams are hosted by third-party servers, and we do not upload, store, or own any audiovisual material.

However, we fully cooperate with copyright owners and take complaints seriously.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used or linked through our service without authorization, please send us a DMCA Notice containing:

✔️ 1. Your full name and contact information

✔️ 2. A description of the copyrighted work

✔️ 3. The exact URL or location where the infringement occurs

✔️ 4. A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized

✔️ 5. A statement that the information provided is accurate

✔️ 6. Your physical or electronic signature

4. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please send all DMCA complaints to:

📧 dmca@iptvsouthafrica.co.za
(Replace with your real email)

We will review the request within 24–48 hours.

5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA complaint:

  1. We review the request for completeness

  2. We identify and investigate the reported content source

  3. We may disable access, block the source, or remove links

  4. We may notify the reseller or partner providing that stream

  5. We may request additional information for verification

If the content is found to violate copyright rules, we will take immediate action.

6. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe a DMCA notice was submitted mistakenly or in bad faith, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Identification of the removed or blocked content

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake

  • Your electronic or physical signature

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant.

Content may be restored unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 14 days.

7. Repeat Infringers

IPTV South Africa maintains a strict policy against repeated violations.
Accounts or services repeatedly associated with DMCA violations may be:

  • Suspended

  • Blocked

  • Terminated permanently

This ensures compliance and protects copyright owners.
